We'd love to offer free shipping to all our customers, however we're a small business with limited capacity to absorb postage and packaging costs. We do, however, offer free UK shipping to our Chocolatier Members.

All orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail and are sent within two working days after receipt of payment. 

Our shipping fees as of September 2022 are:

UK 2nd Class (not tracked) – £5.35

Due to the pandemic we are unable to accept any returns due to health & safety risks as well as difficulties in delivery services. On the rare occasion there is a problem with your package, we offer hassle-free refunds or replacements, simply contact us and we'll talk it through. Please note that refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned items.
