Hot oil treatment

Dispense some oil into a small glass container and pop it into a small bowl that’s filled with hot water, allow the oil to warm. Apply a few drops of warm oil to hair and scalp and apply to clean wet or dry hair to seal ends and add shine. Cover hair with a plastic cap. Let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.

Scalp Massage

This is light oil is perfect for the scalp, it absorbs quickly and delivers vital nutrients to the follicles, to use, apply a few drops to fingertips and massage into your scalp too, hydrate the scalp, nourish the root and stimulate blood circulation 

Pre-poo 

Apply to dry hair and allow to sit for 20 minutes then proceed to shampoo.

For skin 

• Drop some into the bath.
• Apply all over post-shower while your skin is still damp.
• Use it as a massage oil. …
• Use it on stretch marks.

Beard oil for men 

• Dispense three to five drops of  oil in the palms of your hands and massage it into your entire beard in a downward motion. …
• If your beard is long or thick, use a comb to make sure the beard oil gets evenly distributed.
